You also have the right to data portability, which means you may request that ILLA sends the personal data that it possess in a digital file to you or another organisation named by you.
You may submit a request to access your data or have it corrected, deleted or ported or request a withdrawal of your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to ad***@**la.be.
ILLA undertakes to respond to your request as promptly as possible, but no later than within 30 days.
For the sake of completeness, it is important to emphasise that the aforementioned rights are subject to a number of exceptions.
ILLA will not be obligated to comply with your request for access, correction, deletion or porting due to our legal obligations, reasons of public interest, for the establishment, exercise or substantiation of legal claims or the legitimate exercise of the right to freedom of expression and/or information.
